TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Women’s Golf Middle East website (www.womensgolfme.com) and your relationship with Women’s Golf Middle East (WGME, we or us).
Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions and/or our Privacy Policy, please do not register for or use the Womensgolfme.com Site or any of the services provided Women’s Golf Middle East.
You are required to register as an authorized user on the site and by accessing this website or by making use of any services provided by Women’s Golf Middle East, you are accepting these terms and conditions:
MEMBERSHIP AND EVENTS
Your membership contract will commence according to the dates specified in the Membership Details for U.A.E, Gulf Countries and International. Our full membership year will officially commence on the 1st September 2010 to 31st August 2011.Membership will be granted to ladies/girls of 12 Years of age and above.
WGME MEMBERSHIP CARD
GOLF CLUB BENEFITS
- Your Women’s Golf Middle East (WGME) Membership Card is non-transferable.
- The benefits may only be used upon presentation of a valid membership card.

- The membership benefits have no cash value and are valid until the expiration date stated.

- The membership benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounted offer, unless specified and clearly stipulated.
- The privilege supporting listings, membership benefits and any terms and conditions communicated in this or any other Women’s Golf Middle East material may be subject to change without notice. Where possible, members will be kept updated on any such changes through the Website, the membership newsletters, e-news and other media.

- Women’s Golf Middle East will not be held responsible for any transactions, disputes or similar nature resulting from membership card usage. 

- Without prejudice to any other mode of proof, through payment for Women’s Golf Middle East membership, a member accepts these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time, and agrees to be bound by them.

- Women’s Golf Middle East reserves the right to cancel or suspend membership at any time if it is suspected that the membership is being abused or operated fraudulently. Fraud or abuse concerning Women’s Golf Middle East membership or usage of membership benefits is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by WGME.

- Only one name per card is allowed; the membership card may not be altered, tampered or modified in any manner.

- Lost or stolen membership cards must be immediately reported to Women’s Golf Middle East. An administration fee of DH 100 will be charged for a membership card replacement, which will have the same expiry as the original membership card.

- The membership card remains the property of Women's Golf Middle East (WGME)
GOLF CLUB BENEFITS
- WGME Membership cards must be presented at the Registration Desk of our Partner Golf Clubs along with a valid identification to avail of the club benefits.
- When visiting our partner clubs WGME members expected to maintain the highest level of courtesy, rules of golf and etiquette of golf both on and off the golf course.
- The rules of the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrew's, apply without exception.
- Slow Play must be avoided at all times and repeat offenders, will be approached by the club marshal, or the club management. Players losing their position on the golf course must allow the group behind to play through. If you are delayed looking for your ball, no more than five minutes can be spent searching for it.
- Always repair divots on the fairway and pitch marks on the green.
- All golfers must adhere to the dress code policies that apply to all partner golf clubs and only soft spikes shoes are allowed.
FLEXI BENEFITS AND AFFILIATED PARTNERS
- WGME Membership cards must be presented at the Reception Desk of our Affiliated Partners along with a valid identification to avail of the benefits.
- The membership flexi benefits communicated in this or any other Women’s Golf Middle East material may be subject to change without notice. Where possible, members will be kept updated on any such changes through the Website, the membership newsletters, e-news and other media. Please ensure you are familiar with the benefits and terms and conditions.

- When using the various services provided by WGME, you are explicitly accepting the Terms and Conditions of our Affiliate Partners.
- All users understand that each and every time that use is made of Affiliate Partner site(s) that the prevailing Terms & Conditions apply, whichever were in force at the time of use.
- Ensure that you are familiar with the terms and conditions stipulated by our Affiliated Partners.
- Women’s Golf Middle East will not be held responsible for any transactions, disputes or similar nature resulting from membership card usage. 

WGME EVENTS
- All Women's Golf Middle East (WGME) Events as advertised on the Annual Schedule and Diary section of the website will be payable online or by cash on the day of the event.
- Cancellation charges will be as follows: 100 % Within 24 hours
- WGME will be liable for cancellation fees to the Golf Clubs hosting the events, therefore it will be necessary to charge this cancellation fee.
Women's Golf Middle East (WGME) may use the personal information you provide or we otherwise hold about you to:
- Identify you when you make enquiries by telephone, post, email, fax or in person.
- To help administer your accounts and your membership benefits including to write to, email or telephone you with information about such membership benefits from time to time.
- To help us to detect fraud or loss.
- Photographic use on the WGME website.
Your personal data is also subject to the standard website privacy policy.
Any use of Audio or Video material will not be utilized unless written permission is given by the concerned party or parties.
You may update your personal information at any time via WGME website. It is your responsibility to keep this information updated – we cannot communicate with you unless the information is correct.
LIABILITY
We warrant that the membership services will be provided using reasonable care and skill. We do not warrant that their provision, including the operation of WGME Database, will be interrupted or error free and give no other warranty, guarantee or representation as to the performance of any of the same.
Women's Golf Middle East (WGME) will not be liable for any death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our partner clubs or flexi-partnerships.
Nothing in these terms will affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
GENERAL
WGME may provide any membership benefit to you through any agent or sub-contractor appointed by us in our absolute discretion.
Nothing in these terms shall give rights to any person other than you.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP ORDER
Your membership order will be acknowledged via email within 24 hours.
Your full membership pack including your membership card, WGME Golf Shirt, terms and conditions and welcome letter will be send by courier service within five working days in the U.A.E, five to seven days in the Gulf Region and seven to ten days Internationally.
Please contact Women’s Golf Middle East if you have not received your Membership Pack within 14 days.

WOMEN'S GOLF MIDDLE EAST
Your contract will be fulfilled by Women's Golf Middle East, operating under Triple Eight FZC, registered with RAK Free Trade Zone under registered number 5004644 whose registered address is P.O. Box 16111, Ras Al Kahimah, United Arab Emirates.
This transaction is also subject to the standard website terms and conditions and privacy policy.
When the Contract is formed
When you click "submit order" , you are making an offer to order a product which if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.
We reserve the right not to accept or process your order for any reason justified by us. All orders are subject to validation checks and authorization by your payment card issuer. If we do not accept your order and your credit card has already been debited, we will notify you and refund your card in full immediately.
RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDERS
We reserve the right not to fulfill and to cancel orders:
a) In the event of obvious inaccuracies in prices, except that we may fulfill your order at the correct price;
b) If we are unable to obtain payment authorization from the issuer of your payment card.
Membership Fees
Women's Golf Middle East (WGME) reserves the right to adjust fees and the dates of the corresponding months on an annual basis only commencing 1st September.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Women's Golf Middle Eat (WGME) and the member may terminate the membership agreement at any time by written notice.
A refund of membership fees will be calculated on the remaining term.
MRS CODE OF CONDUCT
Women's Golf Middle East (WGME) maintains a high standard of practice regarding our market research and members can access the MRS Code of conduct on www.mrs.org.uk.
International and GCC Membership
Any disputes will be governed by U.A.E laws in U.A.E courts.
U.A.E law governs the agreement between WGME and the member agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the U.A.E courts.
DISCLAIMER
Women's Golf Middle East (WGME) website (www.womensgolfme.com) is an online information and membership service provided by WGME (www.womensgofme.com); subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth as above. Please read this document carefully before accessing or using the site. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions forth as above. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not access or use the site. WGME may modify this agreement at any time and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified on the site.
