Women Golf Middle East hosted a 4 lady Team Event at  Al Badia Golf Club on Sunday 24th October.  28 Ladies took part in the Texas Scramble Event, a popular format and enjoyed by many of the teams.

Taking advantage of a good combination of high, medium and low handicaps the team of Terri Stewart, Brenda Cooke, Joanne Docherty and Brenda Wells – put together two excellent 9 holes of golf to take the honors with a team net score of 66.4.

The second and third place positions were very close, with the second place team finishing on 69.2.  This went to Pernilla Karlsson, Pauline Wallace, Anne Baxter and Dina Boman.  The third place team had a net score of 69.8, with Michelle Johnson, Krista Bilton, Joanne Bates and Susan Markou.
